Cookies policy
This page explains what cookies are, which ones BackendLINK uses, and how you can manage them.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They can be essential for basic functions or used to understand how the site is used.
How we use cookies
We use essential cookies to remember your cookie preference and keep the site functioning. If you accept analytics cookies, we may use them to understand aggregate traffic patterns. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not block access to pages, forms, or engagement information.
Cookies table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| backendlink_cookie_consent | Stores your accept or reject choice for the cookie banner | 1 year (localStorage) | BackendLINK |
| bl_session | Essential session continuity for form security tokens when enabled by hosting | Session | BackendLINK / host |
| _ga / _gid | Optional analytics to measure visits (only if accepted) | Up to 2 years / 24 hours | Google Analytics (if enabled) |
Managing or disabling cookies
Use the on-site banner to accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can also clear site data in your browser settings or block cookies entirely. Blocking essential storage may reset your consent banner on each visit.
Third-party cookies
If analytics is enabled after consent, third-party providers may set their own cookies subject to their policies. Embedded fonts or images from external CDNs may process technical requests without setting marketing cookies.
Impact of disabling
Rejecting analytics cookies does not remove access to engagements, fees, or the contact form. Only optional measurement is affected.
